Database Support Selection
The key to die plate design: orifice parameters, density of outlet distribution, length-to-diameter ratio (L/D), etc. According to the database accumulation of parameters and material properties, the output of the appropriate step-type orifice, mold hole distribution, reduce the pressure of the melt in the mold hole, stabilize the flow rate, to avoid clogging.
Different melt viscosities require the use of different length-to-diameter ratios (L/D), eliminating rebound, reducing shrinkage, controlling the degree of expansion, so that the particles do not drag the tail shaped, uniform and beautiful.
