Pelletizing Die Plates Pain Points
Uneven temperature
There is a temperature difference between the center and edge of the pelletizing die plate, and the heating partition is not reasonably designed, etc., increasing the temperature difference. Take POM as an example, poor thermal stability, when the temperature difference is greater than ± 10 ℃, resulting in yellowing of the material or particles produce bubbles.
Maintenance difficulties
Underwater pelletizing system only after the shutdown, dismantling the pelletizing die plate after cleaning and washing, consuming a lot of time. The pelletizing knives cannot compensate for the worn pelletizing die plate, and the pellet finishing pass rate continues to decrease, so it has to be shut down for maintenance.

Self-cleaning System
