Early pelletizing die pate: using a single material + surface treatment chrome plating, poor abrasion resistance, high surface roughness Ra ≥ 0.4 μm.
When the material hardness is high, the position of die hole is easy to wear, particle shape and size changes. When the material viscosity is high, in the underwater pelletizing systems, the granulation belt has a low degree of finish, and there is adhesion, which affects the pellet molding, and there is dust.
Heat conduction oil single channel or double channel circulation, uneven oil distribution, the edge of the die pate and the middle of the die plate difference is large (5 ~ 15°C), uneven cooling leads to pellets with trailing phenomenon, the melt is unevenly heated by the quality change.

The granulation belt is made of ceramic composite ceramic TiC, tungsten carbide WC-Co and Nikro128, etc., with high hardness and wear resistance.
Through the high-end precision processing equipment, the surface roughness of the granulation belt after polishing Ra ≤ 0.2μm, high viscosity materials will not occur in the adhesion adhesion.
The pelletizing die plate is designed with multiple temperature control zones of 4~8 to control the temperature difference between the center and the edge, accurately controlled at ±2℃.
